The technique of Family Constellations is considered by many, including myself, as a therapeutic Philosophy. Because the process is essentially experiential, there is no word to describe how mind blowing the result usually is.

We inherit much more than our physical and personality traits from our parents, as we do from other members of our lineage, some we have never even met! Taking on unresolved family traumas and ultimately living lives which are not our own, due to the unconscious template we have mapped for ourselves, we are able to release with Family Constellations.

When we:
● feel depressed (sometimes with no apparent reason)
● cannot hold on to a relationship
● cannot enjoy the financial freedom we feel rightfully entitled todo not know where we belong
● feel pains and aches we don’t seem able to heal

Then those are the times when Family Constellations can bring about resolution! It allows us to create a new image and start a new story: our own on our way to healing. This time, free of generational entanglements! And we can then, in turn, gift our children and the next generations with our newfound freedom.

The Family Constellations process is based on love, gratitude and respect. It re establishes the orders of love and liberates us from any negative feelings, directed to self, as well as others. It is an extremely valuable tool for personal growth, but also invaluable for any therapist or coach to add to their tool box.
